January 2022 - Pre-field Ministry Updates

Greetings and Happy New Year!

Thank you for your faithful prayers and financial commitment to ABWE on behalf of our ministry! Our commitment to you is to evangelize the lost, disciple the saved, and train the Haitian leaders in the Dominican Republic and Haiti.

We are happy to inform you that we will begin to carry out this task this month, God willing. I will make numerous trips to the Dominican Republic throughout the year to minister to the Haitians until we receive financial clearance from our mission agency to relocate.

This month, Lord willing, I will teach a group of pastors in Santo Domingo, the capital city. Then, I will be the special guest speaker for a family conference in Santiago, the second-largest city in the country. Pray that the students in both places will be receptive to God’s Word.

Thank you for praying for our missionary visa! Four weeks ago, I went to the Dominican Consulate in Miami, Florida, to submit the immigration documents. The consul verified all of them and told me the ones I lacked.

One such document is a Letter of Guarantee from a church in the Dominican Republic along with the church’s bank statements for the last three months. At this time, we do not have anyone who can provide such documents for us. Pray for wisdom as we seek to find another possibility to live and minister in the Dominican country legally.
